Ellie Goulding has been added to the line-up for London‘s iTunes Festival this year.
The singer, who releases her long-awaited second album ‘Halcyon’ on October 8, will headline London’s Roundhouse on September 26. One Republic are also newly added to the bill and will support Matchbox Twenty on September 19.
Ellie Goulding joins the likes of Jack White, Biffy Clyro, Usher, Mumford & Sons, P!nk, Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds and One Direction in being confirmed for the festival, with more acts set to be added in the coming weeks.
The series of shows will run from September 1–30, moving from its previous staging in July. Every gig will be at London’s Roundhouse. In 2011, the likes of Coldplay, Manic Street Preachers, Chase and Status, My Chemical Romance, Linkin Park, Noah And The Whale and Foo Fighters all played the month-long free event.
Tickets for each gig are all given away from the event’s official website. See itunesfestival.com for full details on how to get them.
